If the product arrived damaged, please contact us at support@herbalteastrings.com and attach images as needed. Our team is happy to make things right via a replacement product or refund.
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
We charge you no return fee for any product that arrives damaged, however, if you are requesting a general return (i.e. you changed your mind and no longer want the product) an $8 restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
